用户消息靠右显示，操作提示仍向右展开，导致隐藏的提示也撑宽聊天滚动区域，悬停或键盘聚焦时文字被裁切。现在将这些提示锚定在按钮右侧并向左展开；生产改动为一条 CSS。
基于 #439。Windows / Edge 的真实生产页面使用同一份已保存聊天对照：中文在 600/390px 下的横向溢出为 21px，英文为 104px，修改后均为 0。逐一验证隐藏、悬停和 Tab 聚焦状态；真实保存的长代码块仍可独立横向滚动。
npm run build通过；未验证原生打包窗口。页面验证、完整尺寸记录与代码块截图。
