Scheduling Routerconfig Backup Weekly on a specific day

Currently, router config having weekly/monthly backup but there is no option to set which day it start or to take backup either it starts the week of Monday or end of Saturday.
Folder Structure for Router config Backup.
Current Setup Manually providing a Backup path.
Ex: /Data-Center-Location/Switch-Hostname-ip/switch-hostname-running-config-2020-11-04-1709
Feature request:
Dynamic Directory creation for each devices with separate folder like below example (yyyy/mm/dd or dd/mm/yyyy formation . )
Ex : /Data-Center-Location/2020-11-04/ Switch-Hostname-ip/switch-hostname-running-config-2020-11-04-1709
