Three incident reports were stranded on older topic branches. Preserve the two Reddit handoff/acquisition reports and the Last30days X identity rejection report on main, with original source commits recorded by cherry-pick provenance.
Validation: all three files match their source commits byte for byte; Markdown fences and the local cross-reference pass; git diff --check passes. Documentation only. The larger runtime branch and Plan0160 acceptance remain separate.
