Cuts the README from 180 lines to a front page in the shape of OpenRig's and claude-mem's: a centred title, badges, a nav row and the GIF, then quick start, what it does, works with, the benchmark, local and private, and a documentation table. Everything removed is already in the wiki: Installation covers the plugin, source and hand-wiring routes; Settings and Privacy covers the activity log, autoupdate, npx and
doctor --egress; SETUP.md still covers moving a 0.4 vault.Checked: every wiki link names an existing page, every repository path exists, and both anchors match their headings.
go test ./...passes (46 ok), andgo vetandgofmt -l .are clean. No test reads the README;scripts/install-links.js --checkreads it, but the Cursor and VS Code buttons were already only in SETUP.md.
