Summary

• Refresh Dashboard, XPress and Project costs/information with responsive layouts built from caswow.css and Bootstrap 5 classes. Add complete sample layouts for the remaining screens and replace blank legacy entry points.
• Restore the shared office dropdown with a selection remembered across pages. Add dashboard chart timeframe filtering for six months, three months and October, including accessible chart tables and exported rows.
• Remove unused CSS and font copies, bundle the canonical library stylesheet/fonts and local Bootstrap/Chart.js assets, and simplify the Eleventy build scripts. Include generated docs, regression checks, changelog and updated repository instructions.

Test Plan

• pnpm build — generated 37 pages and copied bundled assets.
• pnpm test — all 11 checks passed, covering routes/assets, project identities, financial reconciliation, canonical CSS usage and office switchers.
• Browser checked Project costs, office dropdown selection across navigation, and all three dashboard timeframe options; chart data tables follow the selected months.
• CI and a clean dependency install have not been verified for this branch.

Dependencies and demo behavior

The local build uses the linked sibling caswow.library; Eleventy copies its compiled CSS, map and fonts to docs/library/. These generated assets are included. Sample data is illustrative: selecting an office changes the remembered demo selection, and does not query different office records. The chart timeframe filters the available May–October 2026 series; location totals remain overall totals. COR images are not supplied in the sample.
