The repositories move from the GracedEternalKingCabbageMan personal account into the ConcatenaLabs organisation, which is the renamed SequentiaSEQ org and so already holds this project's earlier generation of repositories. GitHub redirects the old paths, so nothing breaks the moment the transfer happens; this is about the links telling the truth afterwards rather than relying on a redirect nobody can see. Go module paths are the exception that would actually break, and they are rewritten here too. The commit-author identity is deliberately untouched: it names the account that authors commits, not the account that owns the repository, and the two are now different things.
