Document running Swarmforge on Windows under WSL - #90

Windows had no install path: the Makefile recipes need bash and the launcher relies on POSIX-only calls, so native shells cannot run it. The new page walks from a machine with Docker Desktop to an Ubuntu distro wired to it, then hands off to the ordinary installation steps. The host prerequisites were not written down anywhere, so installation gains a section listing them, and the README and docs index point at both pages.

Windows had no install path. The Makefile recipes need bash and the launcher relies on POSIX-only calls, so native Windows shells cannot run Swarmforge; it runs inside a WSL 2 Ubuntu distro with Docker Desktop as the daemon.
docs/windows.mdstarts from a machine with Docker Desktop installed: installing or checking an Ubuntu distro, wiring Docker Desktop's WSL integration to it, confirmingdockerreaches Docker Desktop, and installing git, make, and python3. It then hands off to the ordinary installation steps.docs/installation.mdgains a Prerequisites section listing what the host needs, which was not written down anywhere.
