The three listed causes are refresh the cards, a wrong figure, and repoint SOURCES. The same paragraph lists a run that couldn't fetch most sources (UNCHECKED) as a failure, which is none of the three and is the likeliest network red. It also lists card markup problems and an unreadable audit.
Fix: name every cause, and say that an UNCHECKED red means rerun before changing anything.
