The PR body says "Overlap chords: none added or removed". The page draws one chord per pair and vocabulary, grouping vocabularies outside its short list as "other". So ProteinTraitsMech–AntibioticMech (140 PDB ligand codes) and AntibioticMech–MediaIngredientMech (21 CAS numbers) each gain an "other vocabularies" chord, though no pair gains or loses an edge. The heatmap summary also leaves out CellStructureMech PDB 277 → 280, and folds ProteinTraitsMech CHEBI +172 into "a few units".
Fix: state both precisely.
