Removes [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml), [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint) and [@jest/reporters](https://github.com/jestjs/jest/tree/HEAD/packages/jest-reporters). These dependencies need to be updated together.
