Start collecting runtime length statistics #7

Following the Pipelines meeting at Sanger.
Need to add graph for pipeline/process/subworkflow runtime per Gb of genome. This will help quantify changes in run time via different infrastructure. Notably farm22 / tol / tol22 / farm5.
