I bought Enigmix Pro but it's not active on this device. Open Settings → Restore Purchases. Enigmix Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account, and restores on any device signed into that same account.
Is Enigmix Pro a subscription? No. Pro is a single one-time purchase — no recurring charges. It removes ads and unlocks unlimited practice, the full archive, and 2 built-in hints a day.
How do I get a refund? Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
My streak or progress didn't sync between devices. Progress is stored on-device and synced via your private iCloud (CloudKit). Make sure iCloud is enabled for Enigmix and you're signed into the same Apple Account on each device. The daily puzzle is always playable offline.
