Align the README, roadmap and integration guide with Control Tower 0.8.0 periodic detection, durable alerts, attributed audit and incident console views. Document native producer ownership, unchanged dependency ranges, operator commands and operational limits.
These are documentation-only changes; no sibling runtime or patch release is needed. Validation: repository quality checks and test suites passed (Evals uses its CI-equivalent Ruff, mypy and pytest commands; the org profile has no executable checks). Tower validates both local and published native producer integrations.
