  1. The following screen shown regardless if the user has all the required factors and just wants to add another or if the user needs to add a required factor that he doesn't have yet. The text on the screen needs to be changed to a more generic one.

  1. Screen for entering the one-time password (email, authenticator) does not match the design.

  1. The design assumed the user always authenticates the operation first and then picks the factor to configure.
