Description
Replaces the plain "No bounties" placeholder on the bounty board with an informative empty-state Call to Action (
EmptyCTA) when no open bounties or filtered results exist. It explains DepRadar's on-chain bounty coordination mechanics for dependency typosquats and supply-chain vulnerabilities, and offers direct links todocs/TUTORIAL.md,CONTRIBUTING.md, and the GitHub issues board.Closes #182
