Description

Proposes and formalizes a standardized finding reference grammar across DepRadar off-chain crawlers, on-chain contracts, and the dashboard:
<ecosystem>:<package>[@<version>]#<kind>[:<advisory>]

Provides complete parsing and formatting utilities with round-trip unit tests in both Rust (deprader::model) and TypeScript (frontend/src/lib/format.ts), accompanied by comprehensive documentation in docs/issue-ref.md.

Closes #162

Tasks Completed

  • Documented grammar, fields, canonical examples, and compatibility rules in docs/issue-ref.md.
  • Implemented FindingRef, format_issue_ref, and parse_issue_ref in src/model.rs (exposed via src/lib.rs).
  • Implemented FindingRef interface, formatIssueRef, and parseIssueRef in frontend/src/lib/format.ts.
  • Added round-trip tests in Rust (src/model.rs, 30 tests in crate).
  • Added round-trip tests in TypeScript (frontend/src/lib/format.test.ts, 25 tests in dashboard).
  • Documented the change in PROGRESS.md.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Round-trip tests in both languages (Rust + TypeScript)
  • cargo fmt, cargo clippy -- -D warnings and cargo test --workspace pass
  • npm run lint, typecheck, test and build pass in frontend/
  • All commands and links in the new docs verified
  • PROGRESS.md entry added, and the PR description includes Closes #162
