I've added A0, A1, A2, A6, Tabloid, and Ledger PDF paper presets. You can select them through
paper()or thescreenshot.pdf.paperconfiguration option without supplying custom dimensions.Tabloid uses 11 × 17 inches and Ledger uses 17 × 11 inches. The documentation now lists all supported presets and explains Ledger's orientation.
