Set the v1 and v2 Dispatcharr compatibility floor to v0.34.0. Apply CodeQL capability-contract findings only within each rule's declared manifest schema range, including support for retired rules.
Derive generated Dispatcharr minimum versions from detected runtime manifest schemas and preserve a higher plugin-declared minimum. Reuse runtime manifest discovery for external sidecars and publish the effective constraint in build and registry metadata.
Enable capability-contract and sandbox-bypass detection for plugin validation.
