payment-confirmation.service.ts retries have no max attempt cap #1801
Description
If payment-confirmation.service.ts retries confirmation checks indefinitely rather than capping attempts and giving up with an alert, a permanently-stuck payment could retry forever consuming resources. Add a max attempt count.
