#162와 같은 사유입니다. 현재 eslint-plugin-react-hooks 7.0.1의 peer dependency가 ESLint 9까지만 허용해 npm ci가 ERESOLVE로 실패합니다. Hooks 플러그인을 7.1.x로 올리면 peer 충돌은 풀리지만 기존 코드에서 린트 오류 59건(set-state-in-effect 31, refs 27 등)이 새로 발생하므로, ESLint 10과 Hooks 플러그인 전환을 하나의 작업으로 묶어 재검토합니다. 이번 정리에서는 ESLint 9를 유지합니다.
