Add the September 16 CI record: the trusted-main run after the cache capacity repair saved all four compiled seeds (3.91 GB of archives), a controlled never-merged product PR reached the Quality gate 7m39s after creation against 20m33s cold, an approved external contribution restored the same archives read-only, and a warm main push found every key present and uploaded nothing. Point the CI guide's later-measurements section at the record and keep the remaining evidence explicit.

Dated CI record for September 16, 2026. After the cache capacity repair merged, trusted-main run 35096197326 saved all four compiled seeds (3.91 GB of archives, zero evictions, helper work 6 to 23 seconds). A controlled never-merged product PR (run 35102756116) then reached the Quality gate 7m39s after creation against 20m33s cold, with every lane an exact-key hit and only the workspace and vendored path crates recompiling. An approved external contribution (run 35100255263) restored the same archives read-only, and the following main push (run 35103777760) found every key present and uploaded nothing.
Docs only: the new benchmark file and the CI guide's later-measurements pointer. Figures were traced to the retained evidence by an independent review with four correction rounds; links and diff checks pass. Single observations only; medians, tails, a new cache generation after a dependency change, and the hosted invalidation diagnostics remain pending.
