…ntStop release on claude-code only Reservations older than FUSE_MOTION_RENDER_TTL_MS (default 30 min) stop blocking admission and the master cap but stay settleable in an expired map until a 24 h horizon. Only a claude-code SubagentStop with a matching agent_id releases fresh reservations. An expired noid: reservation refuses the identical command until settlement or the horizon.
