Claude Code livre parfois deux fois le même PreToolUse (même tool_use_id). Le 2e passage était refusé par sa propre réservation « Motion concurrent render ».
Correctif
Id natif + réservation fraîche + reçu même session/stage/commande → même note, aucune nouvelle réservation. Autre id, autre commande/session/stage, ids
noid:, ids seulement expirés : restent refusés.Tests
Tests motion-dup-pre ajoutés. Suite complète : 2513 pass / 0 fail.
