Summary

• apex: the deny lists every missing prerequisite at once (the PRE-block lists only ref-free gates and never loads refs; same block/allow, same title; a single failure is byte-identical).
• solid: detect react, tanstack-start, astro, java, csharp, ruby, generic (only previously "unknown" projects get a type); SOLID_FILE_LIMIT follows FUSE_SOLID_MAX_LINES when set, output with it unset is unchanged.
• guards: the perl timeout idiom (perl -e 'alarm N; exec @ARGV' with a bare agent child, exec CONFIRM still applies) and pure-read programs no longer hit "perl in-place edit". 1387-command differential with real perl under 8 shells: 0 loosened, 0 stricter.
• Release 0.1.107 (package.json + CHANGELOG).

• Full suite: one failure per run, environment-dependent and pre-existing on 0.1.106 (TMPDIR unset: cursor-context-budget e2e, identical on HEAD; TMPDIR set: multi-rdv-sim 01, already a known limit)
