testfalhava emsetup-pythonantes de executar o pytest porque o cache procurava requirements.txt/pyproject.toml, mas as dependências são declaradas em setup.py. Configuracache-dependency-path: setup.py.Também corrige formatação do leitor, ordenação de imports, shebangs desnecessários e simplifica consultas a kwargs para atender ao lint atual, preservando os valores padrão.
Validação local com Python 3.14 e NumPy 2.5.3: instalação
pip install -e '.[dev]',ruff check . --exclude notebooks,ruff format --check gsiberror tests setup.py,pytest -q(7 passed) egit diff --check. O CI usa Python 3.11 e será validado pela execução deste PR.Closes #15
