docs(readme): add dashboard and Trello links - #98

Add a 'Liens utiles' section pointing to the live external resources: the analytics and cost Looker Studio dashboards and the project's Trello board. Kept separate from the Documentation section, which indexes in-repo docs/*.md, since these are external living resources. The analytics dashboard link uses the view URL (no /edit suffix) so it opens for viewers without editor rights, consistent with the cost dashboard link.

Contexte
Le README documentait l'usage du pipeline et les docs internes du repo, mais
ne pointait vers aucune des ressources externes vivantes du projet : les
deux dashboards Looker Studio (analytique et coûts) et le board Trello de suivi.
Manque comblé pour la consultation (notamment soutenance).
Décisions techniques
## Liens utiles, distincte de## Documentation(qui indexe lesdocs/*.mdversionnés). Les dashboards et le Trello sont des ressources externes vivantes, pas des fichiers du repo — registres séparés pour la lisibilité.Ressource | Lien, cohérent avec l'idiome des sections d'index du README (Documentation,Stack technique)..../page/QVjzF), suffixe/editretiré : s'ouvre sans droits d'éditeur, cohérent avec le dashboard coûts.Changements
