Astro and classic URL redirects are now live. Enable Pages deployment after successful validation of pushes to main, and share branch concurrency between push and manual runs to prevent deployment order races.
Production redirect deployments now set and verify fail-open routing so Pages fallback files remain usable at the Worker request limit. The script validates the complete route set and ownership before updates; documentation routes remain fail closed. Update the runbook with the completed cutover, health-based readiness gate and retained classic restoration instructions.
Validation: production Pages run 33972798507 and redirect run 33973076305 succeeded. All 23 canonical pages and classic redirects pass live checks, including query preservation. Browser checks cover fragment preservation, archive search-to-thread navigation and 390px layout. R2 documentation smoke checks pass. The route-setting script passed syntax, offline safety checks and live idempotent verification of all 12 redirect routes.
