The beads tracker lives in
.beads/. This repository commits its config and hooks there, and also.beads/interactions.jsonl, the local log of tracker operations. Nothing ignores the rest of the directory, so onegit add -Awould publish the tracker, and every commit that touches the log publishes it again..gitignoregains.beads/. The config, README, metadata and hooks already tracked there stay tracked..beads/interactions.jsonlleaves the index (git rm --cached). The file stays on disk. Its earlier versions remain in history; removing them would need a history rewrite, which this PR does not do.Checked:
