…ns|chunked-over-cap are owed (busbar-release #375: 1.5.5's two plugins.fetch download-cap refusals; rule 22) cells.json takes the two literal cells #375's generator emits (2582 -> 2584; core and egress.fetch +2); owed-baseline.txt owes both. The pin moves to the busbar-release main carrying #375 and the two goldens are golden-added from the published 1.5.5 in the following commits.

Digests are dev-bin's busbar-oracle-linux-{x86_64,aarch64}-f6c22cb4160c .sha256 assets; each .sig
(and the macos-aarch64 one) verifies, Ed25519 over "<asset>\n<sha256>\n", against
.github/release-key.pub.pem. cells --check with that engine: the two new cells are byte-equal to the
generator; the only drift is the 7 cells #861 and #893 add.

plugins.fetchdownload-cap refusals in the golden. #805's declared-length seam restores the first one in 1.6.0.Pin.
oracle-rust.pinmoves from 4c47cad0385d to busbar-release mainf6c22cb4160c(#376 and #377, which carry #375).Content-Length, or an unbuffered chunked fill..sha256assets, and every.sig(macos-aarch64 included) verifies Ed25519 against the release key.cells --checkwith that engine finds the two new cells byte-equal to the generator. The only drift is the 7 cells row 155 oracle: billing|budget|downgrade cell, its 1.5.5 golden, and the oracle pin at busbar-release db64d9218d8b #861 and row 155 oracle: llm stream_upstream_cut cells and their 1.5.5 goldens (stacked on L1#2 #891 and on #861) #893 add.Cells (2582 → 2584; owed-baseline +2). In both, the far end answers 200 to one h1 GET, and v1.5.5 refuses the boot with exit 1:
