Law 0 burn-down package P04, part 1: the kernel test_support files #1230 does not edit (engine_kit/mod.rs, seam.rs, tests/fallback_runtime_slot.rs, benches/plane_host_vtable_perf.rs). Prose only; no behaviour change.

test_support/mod.rs and fixtures.rs (the bulk of P04, ~92 hits) follow in part 2 once #1230 lands, since #1230 rewrites both.

kind-isolation (measured): busbar-kernel x plane 718 -> 709, busbar-kernel x transport 176 -> 174.

Guarded: qa/kind-isolation.toml.

…eir doubles by kind

The test_support files #1230 does not edit: engine_kit/mod.rs, seam.rs,
tests/fallback_runtime_slot.rs and benches/plane_host_vtable_perf.rs. Prose that named a plane or
a carrier to explain a neutral seam now states the shape (a line-framed session, a plane's
section-config builders, the section a plane declares its containers under). The bench's
token-streaming wording (HTTP response streaming, gate-scope class Q1) is left as is.

kind-isolation: busbar-kernel x plane 718 -> 709, busbar-kernel x transport 176 -> 174 (measured).
ModernCI merged dev (e39ad75) into law0-p04-kernel-test-support: they conflicted only in files a repo-declared merge driver merges or a command derives. Each ran on compute, in the merged checkout; this commit holds what they wrote.
- qa/kind-isolation.toml: merged by driver `ledger-count` (`cargo xtask ledger-merge %O %A %B`)

The change's own commits are untouched. Every check runs on it, like any push, before anything merges; a failure on it belongs to the pair.

ModernCI merged dev (e39ad75) into law0-p04-kernel-test-support as f4a6906: the branch conflicted with dev only where a fixed rule settles it (a mechanical file; both sides only adding at one place: both kept, dev's first; or edits to neighbouring, different lines: both applied), each file by its rule:

  • qa/kind-isolation.toml: merge_policy driver ledger-count

The change's own commits are untouched; the new commit holds the resolution alone (ModernCI writes nothing of its own) and every check runs on it, like any push. A failure on it belongs to the pair and comes back to this change with both sides' diffs. It was made as Matthew Jackson 1085847+MattJackson@users.noreply.github.com.
