…arked; 2026-10-14 rulings logged in Appendix B Part 2 states current truth (its own rule, l.2169-2174; ARCHITECT ruling M7). 31 rows are rewritten and each change is logged in a new Appendix B entry: #2 #3 #16 #19 #20 #28 #29 #30 #32 #34 #36 #37 #38 #39 #40 #43 #45 #48 #49 #56 #59 #60 #61 #67 #68 #78 #79 #81 #83 #84 #85. Parts 1, 3, 5 and 6 get visible marks: M8 dialect column (l.1951-1963), Kind::Dialect excised (l.1957), STREAMS-ORACLE golden/1.6.0-pre (l.1986), M5 the 7 kinds (l.2002, l.2007), M6 /codeaudit -> Q128 (l.2029, l.2918), the C1/C2 measurement hole closed (l.2139), §11 AMENDED by Q128 (l.2477-2510), M9 hook count (l.2685-2686), reserve/settle retired (l.2797, l.2839), 72 accepted differences (l.2901), conformance-b and gaps = 0 (l.2911), ruling 9's rider landed (l.3092), release-stage.yml gone (l.3179, M14), Latchkey and cost-watch.py retired (l.3211-3223), the promotion section (l.3271), ci.yml (l.3341), money never an owner question (l.3470), tools/ (l.3480). New Appendix B entries (inserted before Appendix C only; no cite past l.5100 exists): OWNER 2026-10-14 money = ledger x rate card and named conformance gaps = 0; ARCHITECT M1-M14, CRATES-14 and §11/Q128; the Part 2 change log. Lines 1-5169 keep their numbers.
