data: monitor features (ports/sync/response) + brand websites - #108

Populate the monitor features object from the Amazon product titles: adaptive_sync (FreeSync/G-Sync), response_time_ms, speakers, ports (HDMI/DisplayPort/USB-C/VGA/DVI) and DisplayHDR level — 827 monitors enriched. Deterministic parse, no external data. Refs #1
Add the `website` field to the 18 display/PC brands added earlier (ViewSonic, AOpen, AOC, Sceptre, Alienware, Chuwi, …). Refs #1
Refresh the 827 monitor detail files (extracted features) and 18 brand detail files (website) in the static dump. Regenerated via app.dump @ bfdd4d9; only the affected monitor/brand details are committed. Refs #1
