Summary

Extends the two smartphone derivations (#111 os_version, #112 display.ppi) to the tablet, watch, and PDA catalogues — deterministic parsing/geometry from fields already in each record, no new/external data.

• os_version parsed from the os string (shipped version; Symbian excluded; year/implausible guards). Wear OS/watchOS added to the family list for watches.
• display.ppi = round(sqrt(w²+h²)/size_inch) where resolution + size present and ppi absent (bounds-guarded).

3,576 records touched. All verified: false. Validation passes. Dump regenerated — 3,161 tablet + 361 watch + 54 pda detail pages.

• Dump regenerated: 3,161 tablet + 361 watch + 54 pda detail pages. No other categories touched.

Derivations from existing per-record fields, not imports:

• os_version lifted from the record's own os string (shipped version; Symbian's ambiguous Series/UI numbers excluded).
• display.ppi is the physical density round(sqrt(w²+h²)/size_inch) — the same formula validated to ±1 against 99.6% of records that already carried ppi (data(smartphone): compute display ppi from resolution + size (51,557 records) #112).
• Bounds guards reject implausible inputs/outputs.

verified unchanged (false). Safe to rebase-merge.
