Add 69 missing GPUs from Wikipedia list pages

69 GPUs that were missing from data/gpu, extracted from the Wikipedia list pages (List of Nvidia / AMD graphics processing units, Quadro) with the multi-row header parser from GetTechAPI/TechEngine#91.

• All records are verified: false and cite the list page they came from.
• Cards launched before Oct 2010 are filed under ati. Pre-boost boards store boost == base. pcie_version keeps the full bus string.
• Skipped on purpose:
  • 25 slugs where Wikipedia lists variant rows with different specs under the same name (e.g. two GeForce 6800 GT AGP boards).
  • Dual-GPU boards.
  • IGPs.
  • An "E.S." row that duplicates an existing engineering-sample record.
• Deduped against existing slugs, including prefix matches such as -48gb variants. Spot-checked rows against the source tables.

python -m app.validate passes. Dump refresh will follow in the combined dump PR.
