46 EPYC SKUs that were missing from data/cpu/amd, from List of AMD Epyc processors.

• verified: false and segment: server, filed under enterprise/ like the existing EPYC records.
• The page's group captions don't reliably mark the core type, so architecture comes from the AMD product line (8004 Siena and 97x4 Bergamo are Zen 4c, etc.). The mapping matches the existing Bergamo and Turin records.
• l3_cache_mb is only filled where the table gives a total or shared L3, not per-CCX. Snowy Owl socket and memory stay null because the table doesn't list them.
• Skipped:
  • The 33 Venice (Zen 6) SKUs, because their release date is "Unknown".
  • 7R13 and 7663P, which have no date on the page.
• python -m app.validate passes. Dump refresh will follow in the combined dump PR.
