In case it helps to get this merged: besides the tool compatibility it is named for, this PR fixes a name-resolution
problem of models/example_EveOnlineMiningFrigate on main.

On main, DomainModel/Domain.sysml declares package Domain containing part def Domain, and
DomainModel/MiningFrigate.sysml declares package MiningFrigate containing part def MiningFrigate. Fifteen files
import Domain::* or import MiningFrigate::*, and inside them the name Domain (or MiningFrigate) refers to the
imported part def, not to the package. A qualified name such as Domain::MiningCorporation is then looked up inside
part def Domain and does not resolve. Minimal case:

Validated with the SysML v2 Pilot Implementation 0.62.0 (standard library of SysML-v2-Release 2026-08), all files of
the example concatenated into one document:

Eclipse SysON v2026.9.0 and v2026.9.2 also leave these names unresolved on main (149 warnings for Domain::… and 45
for MiningFrigate::MiningFrigate in its upload report).

Thank you Tanaka-san! I intend to make a major haul to this model soon to make it follow my Recursive Architecture Wave Pattern (RAWP https://sysand.com/projects/hugoormo/mbse-recursive-architecture-wave-pattern/)
But I am holding it to update RAWP to 2.0 where I have added support for UAFv2.
