%Rank changes from integers to float when switch from MixMHCpred2.1 to 2.2

Hi,
Thanks for providing this tool, especially for its fast running. I noticed that the %Rank becomes float starting from MixMHCpred2.2, while it's integer before. Has the calculating logic been made a change? The same situation occurred on PRIME, which the v1.0 has an integer %Rank, yet the v2.0 has a float %Rank.

Hi.

Values for %rank should always be decimal number, and therefore in float (or double) format in the C++ codes. Maybe the confusion comes from some perl scripts in the old versions where the format does not need to be defined. In any case, we always advise to use the latest release. Hope this helps.
