Log a Window reset when it resets early - #27
Conversation
didReset only counted a reset when the reset time jumped at least half a Window, assuming a Window always runs to its end. Codex resets the Weekly Window early too, and then the reset time only moves by what was left: on 13, 15 and 18 Oct it jumped about two days while usage went from 5-6% to 0%, and no bar.limit.reset was ever written. A jump past an hour now also counts when usage dropped, or when usage went down and a full fresh Window lies ahead. The hour keeps out the drift between reads and a not-yet-started Window, whose reset time creeps forward every poll.

🟡 Changes recommended
The small-drop regression fixture bypasses the new detection branch and needs correction.
1 open issue
What changed in this PR
Adds early usage-window reset detection so telemetry can record resets that occur before the scheduled deadline.
Changes:
- Detects smaller reset-time jumps using usage drops and fresh-window timing.
- Passes sample time into reset detection.
- Adds regression tests for early resets, drift, and inactive windows.

33-42: 📐 Maintainability & Code Quality | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick winThis test does not reach the new full-Window branch.
The jump is
7 * 86_400 - 2 * 86_400 = 432_000seconds. The half-Window threshold forwindowMinutes: 10_080is10_080 * 30 = 302_400seconds. Because the jump is above that threshold,didResetreturnstrueatBarTelemetry.swiftLine 110-111. The checks atBarTelemetry.swiftLines 125-129 never run, so a regression there would not fail this test.To reach the full-Window branch, use a jump between
resetJumpToleranceand half a Window. An early reset in the first half of the Window gives such a jump. Also add a negative case: a small usage decrease where the new reset time is not a full Window fromnow.💚 Proposed fix

Its five-day jump was over half a Window, so didReset returned before the new check ran and the test proved nothing about it. The old Window now has five days left, a two-day jump; a matching negative case has the same dip with no full Window ahead.

Limit IDs only name the bucket and Window, so a sample from another account was diffed against the last account's Limits; lower usage and a later reset time read as an early reset. The observed Limits now record their account and a switch starts a new baseline instead. A Window nobody has used floats a full Window ahead of every read, so after a long gap its reset time jumps as far as a real rollover. A reset now never fires with usage at 0% before and after. docs/telemetry.md describes the full rule.

Summary
My Weekly Window reset early three times: on 13, 15 and 18 Oct (AEST). None of them was logged, because CodexBar has never written a
bar.limit.reset.BarEvents.didResetonly counted a reset when the reset time jumped at least half a Window, 3.5 days for Weekly. That assumes a Window always runs to its end. When the service resets a Window early, the reset time only moves by what was left. In my telemetry each of the three rollovers jumped about two days, and usage went from 5–6% to 0%. Reset credits stayed at 3, so the service did these resets, not me.A jump of more than an hour now also counts as a reset when:
