Change: add the repository-standard MIT header to pipeline_predicates.go, spill.go, and zstd.go. Risk: comment-only change with no runtime behavior impact. Validation: go test ./aggregate ./diskcache -count=1; go test -race ./aggregate -count=1; target files pass copyright.py --dry-run (75 unrelated baseline failures remain).
