I'm not totally sure what the vision for the .pdf output is entirely. Do you want me to play with it, or are you going to take care of that one? I didn't touch it since it was in the files that you were going to work with.

The multi-pdf.py makes all the images into a single pdf but the page size is funny. If you want to figure it out great, but I think for now it gets the idea across.

Probably better to spend any time left on documenting and explaining things. We can do other tweaks in the distant future.
