Summary

• replace legacy @sinclair/typebox imports with typebox
• declare Pi's host-provided typebox package as a peer dependency
• update the root development dependency to TypeBox 1.3.7
• add patch changesets for the two affected extension packages

Stack

This PR is based on #41 to keep the dependency lockfile focused and conflict-free. After #41 merges, this PR can be retargeted to main.

Validation

• npm run ci
• 155 tests passed
• all five workspaces packed successfully
