Import of the pubpascal.dev portal (Next.js 16 + Supabase) into the HashLoad repository. Carries only what the portal needs to run and deploy: - src/ — app router, components, lib, dictionaries (en / pt-BR) - supabase/ — migrations and catalog seeds - scripts/ — esteira (package validation) and sponsorship jobs - .github/ — CI workflows (verify-build, quality, esteira, expiry) - public/ and the build/lint/test configuration Excluded: local tooling and generated artifacts (node_modules, .next, coverage, build reports) and any environment file — copy .env.example into .env.local and fill in the Supabase and Upstash credentials.
