Implements 2D texture arrays. Packs same size textures for level geometry and uses render buckets for sprites (32x32, 64x64, 128x128, 256x256, and 512x512).
Drastically reduces draw calls and makes a massive difference on older iGPUs. For most doom maps flats are 64x64 so all floors and ceilings get packed into one array for a single draw call. Sprites for most maps will now be less than 10 draw calls. Makes a massive difference on slaughter maps with a lot of unique sprites.
Adds drawcounts command to view detailed draw count information.
