We want a simple desktop app for VollaRecovery that does not support backup/recovery, but only providing storage space.

- Desktop app runs on linux, macos, windows
- Desktop app minimizes to tray when window is closed, continues running.
- As a user, I can enter an invitation code
- As a user, I can view the peers I am providing backup for, and how much storage space I am providing
- As a user, I can specify the maximum amount of storage space I am willing to provide.
