Description

Addresses #87 by putting timeout configuration into the different worker's configuration.

Stacked on the top of #99 to avoid conflicts, but not functionally related

Changes

datashare-python

Added

  • added the ActivityTimeouts object to hold both start to close and heartbeat timeouts

asr-worker, extract-worker, passport-worker, translation-worker

Changed

  • move all configuration of timeouts from code to worker configuration
