Read markers in a `pom.xml`, in an XML comment at the end of a Maven dependency's or plugin's line. Closes #382.
- Report a `yanked` or `floating-pin` scope on a `pom.xml` dependency or plugin as redundant, and a `vulnerable` scope on a version Maven leaves unresolved. - Report the new version of an artefact that two declarations in a `pom.xml` version through one property, and warn about that artefact, once rather than once per declaration.
