The tutorial replaces the starter payload, but validation currently requires the original example files and topics. Starter imports use the removed uppercase SDK package, and re-running a tag release can overwrite published assets.

Validate manifests, actual runtime imports, Python syntax and bilingual documentation without requiring starter examples. Migrate starter code to infernux with engine compatibility >=0.4.1,<0.5. Publish each release once: duplicate releases fail rather than replacing the installed archive baseline.

Validation: 15 contracts, including execution of the real release shell step against a local GitHub CLI boundary. The old script was reproduced overwriting both assets; the corrected script preserves them and rejects duplicates. Default-starter packaging, exact tutorial payload packaging, repeated byte-identical archives and release manifests passed. A fresh public PR-branch clone also passed starter imports against the installed SDK. Real PR CI validates the final branch; merge and actual tag publication remain pending.
