Windows Git checkouts can convert authored LF files to CRLF. Local packages then differ from Linux release CI even though repeated builds on each machine are internally deterministic.
Add .gitattributes to keep text at LF and preserve .inxpkg as binary. Published releases remain unchanged.
Validation: fresh Git clones with core.autocrlf=true and false retain exact committed file bytes, pass all 15 contracts and produce identical template packages. A fresh public tutorial repository clone with core.autocrlf=true also produces the exact already-published v0.1.11 archive. Actual downloaded v0.1.10 and v0.1.11 releases match packages built from their committed Git blobs; the earlier CRLF mismatch is retained as the failing baseline.
