Says what each endpoint takes, returns and refuses, without the rationale or the notes about what no client wraps. Corrects the claims the SDK and API sources disagree with: checkNaming hands back the findings list unwrapped, a policy's type is read from its name and templateId names a governance template, a policy name is not unique, label update identifies by id, LabelForm is the request body, the files feature flag has no deployment default, and only the instance that served a settings write refreshes immediately.
