Dry electric guitar recordings focusing on timbre and diversity of techniques, including plucking, scraping, slides, placing objects between strings, vibrato and ebow. Technique, pickup selection, and playing positions were continuously varied during recording to produce the most diverse timbral dataset possible.
This dataset was originally created to train RAVE autoencoders for use in the Living Looper.
